Booking Conditions
1. These terms govern all bookings made (whether through the Gold Coast Accommodation Directory's website or otherwise) with Infomaps Pty Ltd t/as Gold Coast Accommodation Directory ABN 84 093829371 whose registered office is at Unit 3-4/ 28 Greg Chappell Drive, West Burleigh QLD 4220. All correspondence should be addressed to the Gold Coast Accommodation Directory Pty Ltd t/a HOWZAT, PO BOX 2138, Burleigh Heads BC QLD 4220. You accept these booking terms on behalf of all members of your party.
2. Any booking made or order placed by you shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the relevant accommodation and/or travel arrangements subject to these booking conditions.
3. Star ratings are used to symbolise the overall quality, level of service, food standard and range of facilities available in any given property. These rating are for informational purposes only and are not a guarantee or warranty of any kind by the Gold Coast Accommodation Directory.
4. You must make payment for extras (such as incidental charges, meals, meal supplements, mini-bar, dry cleaning and laundry) prior to your departure from the accommodation house.
5. You and the other members of your party are responsible for any damage caused by your party. You and your party must comply with any rules and regulations set by the accommodation provider. The total number of people (including infants and children) using the accommodation must not exceed the maximum occupancy shown on the website or advised by your travel consultant, otherwise you may be refused access to the accommodation or charged an additional amount. You and the other members of your party are responsible for payment of any charges made for use of facilities, such as electricity, gas, water, telephone, linen and security, and for any other fees levied by the accommodation provider for the use of amenities. You are likely to be asked to pay a deposit when you arrive at the accommodation, which will normally be applied to a credit card, in order to cover supplementary charges that may be incurred by you during your stay.
6. Reasonable care has been taken that the content of this web site is correct but it is subject to amendment at any time without notice. All content on this web site (including information about travel products, tours and accommodation facilities) is published in good faith but you acknowledge that the Gold Coast Accommodation Directory cannot check the accuracy of all information provided by its suppliers.
7. You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. All bookings are personal to you and may not be sold, assigned or otherwise transferred.
8. Our privacy statement and site terms are incorporated into these terms.
9. Passport, visa and health requirements for you and your party are your responsibility. You are strongly recommended to obtain travel insurance against cancellation and for medical cover.
10. Cancellations and amendments to bookings are subject to the following conditions:

* Additional amdendment fees may be applied in relation to your accommodation depending on accommodation provider policies.
Passenger name changes will incur no charges. All amendments are subject to availability. If you do not arrive at the accommodation on the date on which you booked to arrive or you leave the accommodation earlier than the date on which you booked to leave, then you will only be entitled to cancel or amend the booking from the time when the Gold Coast Accommodation Directory receives notification from you during Gold Coast Accommodation Directory operating hours. All such cancellations and amendments are subject to you incurring the charge for the next twenty-four hours accommodation after Gold Coast Accommodation Directory receipt of notification.
11. Any complaint about the booking service must be notified to the Gold Coast Accommodation Directory in writing or by email as soon as possible. Any complaint regarding the travel arrangements must be brought to the attention of the local suppliers management as early as possible during your stay and, if not resolved to your satisfaction, should be notified to the Gold Coast Accommodation Directory in writing.
12. Although the Gold Coast Accommodation Directory takes reasonable care to ensure that published descriptions are correct, it is only a booking agent and does not own or operate accommodation houses or other travel services. The Gold Coast Accommodation Directory accepts no liability for errors or omissions in the description of accommodation houses or other travel services on the web site. The Gold Coast Accommodation Directory reserves the right to change your accommodation booking to one of at least comparable standard and to notify you of such change as soon as possible after it occurs. No compensation is payable for such changes. In extreme circumstances the Gold Coast Accommodation Directory may be forced to cancel your booking in which case you will be notified of such change as soon as possible and a full and prompt refund will be made.
13. The Gold Coast Accommodation Directory shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations, which result directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance which is beyond its reasonable control. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following shall be regarded as such circumstances: act of God, outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, revolution, the act of any government or authority (including but not limited to refusal or revocation of any license or consent), fire, flood, lightning, explosion, fog or bad weather, interruption or failure of a utility service (including but not limited to electricity, gas, water or telecommunications), renovations undertaken by the accommodation house, strikes, lockouts or boycotts, embargo, blockade.
14. The Gold Coast Accommodation Directory reserves the right to change these terms from time to time.
15. Your booking is governed by QLD law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the QLD courts. The booking confirmation and these terms represent the entire agreement between the Gold Coast Accommodation Directory and you.
16. Except as otherwise provided in these booking terms and conditions, your statutory rights are not affected.
17. Disputes arising out of, or in connection with, this contract which cannot be amicably settled may be referred to arbitration.
